We are presently accepting gift items for use in the 2010 Special Auction for Special People. We offer the following suggestions to our friends and benefactors who would like to donate gift items. Think about something unique that would do well in an auction. The gift could be something that you purchase or a donation that you solicit.
Here are some examples:
- Gift cards to your favorite spa, restaurant or shop
- Gift cards or certificates for a special experience, such as a winery tour or hot air balloon ride
- Tickets to a cultural performance or sporting event
- An iPod, Nintendo Wii or gift card to your favorite electronics store
- A weekend at your condo or a gift certificate toward a weekend getaway location
- A round of golf at your club or favorite course
- A unique piece of pottery, crystal or artwork
- A special piece of jewelry or gift certificate to your favorite jewelry store
- Home furnishings or decorative accessories
